Good morning Andrew. Just thought I would let you know that I have started a second blog at http://tomlooy.wordpress.com/. I'll keep ConversationsWithAndrew going, continuing to focus on ideas that I think are relevant to share with you. It will start to become a little more personal and range beyond just what I am learning as a PM and more into matters of being successful life in general.

The new blog will be focused more on software development process. I'll continue to talk about Agile project management but I will also write about what I am learning about Lean, Theory of Constraints, Servant Leadership, Deming and others and how it relates to organizations in general.
